After we checked in and got in or room all of a sudden someone opened the door and it was the guy that checked us in and I yelled and he said he thought the room was empty. The room was nasty and stunk. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.

The hotel was trashed. There were animals in the hall way. Hotel didn’t have ac or heat. Staff was rude. I checked in walked to the room walked back down and told them that the room was nasty the next was the same I asked for a refund they told me 3-5 business days. I called them back and they told me they couldn’t refund my money. The hotel in the photos is nothing like the property.

The property was well kept and felt welcoming. Staff responded quickly to requests and questions

This place is horrible! I don't understand how it is open for business! Our approach to the facility was the first sign that we were not at a quality hotel ... and as we entered it only got worse! The floors at the entry are literally cracking, the room that he attempted to give us had work equipment in it and the bed had dirty sheets on it !

There was absolutely nothing to like about it! The Bates Motel! With dope fiends and all!

The ambiance was peaceful and enjoyable. Staff ensured a hassle-free experience.

Very peaceful environment. Very easy to navigate and well-signed. The room was wonderfully quiet. Very comfortable stay overall.
