Quality Inn

We stayed in room 246. The outside of the hotel was very dirty and had lots of broken furniture/trash in the grass and on the sidewalks scattered about. The beds were clean but very hard and uncomfortable. There was no hot water only warm water and when one person was in the shower the pressure cut out. Then when the next person went to shower the bottom piece of the bath faucet did not work and was practically falling off of the wall. Maintenance came in to fix but however we were leaving and on our way out anyway. He let the person shower in a vacant room but it still delayed our departure. When I tried loading up our car at 10:45 am all of our hotel cards were rejected from our hotel room and we had to have maintenance let us in as well. The ac also did not work very well and the hairdryer didn’t work at all.

Great location. Comfortable room. Room smelled clean and looked clean.

No room service the entire three days. No extra linens/towels. A lot of people hanging out in the back smoking marijuana.

The ladyat the front desk was nice and helpful. They area outside our door was full of people drinking and smoking and talking about drugs. Felt unsafe. Stayed one night checked out and came home.

close to family and a bonus we didn’t see any bed bugs!

the pool was not available that’s why we got this place to begin with, the bed was hard like u was sleeping on box springs with a inch padding plus the sheets was stained really bad like they should’ve been trashed and bought new ones,there was only 3 pillows in the room for a king bed..when we asked for 1 more they said no they couldn’t get them the dark out curtains didn’t work the room was lit up like we had a light on all night, the room was also dirty..hair and snot like things on the walls in the bathroom and mirror area along with little flies coming out of the sink when we went to brush our teeth through the over flow hole.. just an overall bad experience the place has a lot of repairs it needs to be back up to par and you couldn’t bring the breakfast back to ur room u had to eat where it was served

Some things did not work, there wasn't a phone in the room to call down for anything even if needed. It looks like although attempts are made at keeping it clean it is just outdated and not well kept up.

Did not participate because of the filthy conditions.

The entire experience

Quality Inn should revoke this one from its franchise. There was nothing at all there that was of quality, ironing board broken, iron didn’t work, certain lights didn’t work and lukewarm water. The upstairs looks like it’s gonna collapse. Park lot cracked up and trash cons over flowing. Never again!!
