Roland was very accommodating during our stay. He was very nice and helpful when we had a minor issue.

Nasty, run down, holes in ceiling where light fixture should be. Ice maker didn’t work. First room given was not ready for anyone. Beds not made, no towels, no sheets, no pillow cover, just not ready for customers.

Nothing at all.

Everything, trashy hotel with rude unknowledgable staff. They gave us a key to a room that was occupied! That man could have shot my mother!

The beds were comfortable, the staff were nice, the location was good and the price was great!

The inside pool & whirlpool was COLD!!!!

The room was clean but old. It could use some work.

House keeping did not come in while we stayed. I had to ask for towels and things. House keeping should still come into the rooms and make sure the tenants have plenty of supplies.

The hot water gave out early

The breakfast gave my husband food poisoning, DO NOT EAT! The hot tub is a joke, its freezing. I watched staff move filthy chairs from one room to another when the guest complained. There were stacks of filthy mattresses leaning against the entrance to the interior rooms. The whole place looked like a crime scene! LESSON LEARNED!!!!

The rooms were filthy with old trash, 2 inch dirt rings around the tub/toilet and reeking of urine. If I'd had any other choice at the time I wouldn't have stayed. I bought cleaning products to sanitize as best I could.

So gross , our room smelled like cigarettes and had burn holes in our comforter. The room and bathroom were nasty dirty. Black grime in bathroom , bathtub gross, toilet, counter. No toiletries, sketchy neighborhood. Cops sitting at the property. Don’t risk it , it’s cheap for a reason.
