Holiday Inn Morgantown - Reading Area by IHG

The staff was very nice. Kelsey in particular at the front desk.

Ceiling tiles in the hallways all stained and once you got away from the lobby the facilities were very outdated

Nice and clean

It’s just a Holiday Inn, so don’t expect five star luxury. However, it was a good stay. Not crowded, spacious room, comfortable beds, plenty of pillows. It had an above average breakfast buffet. Sausage and biscuit gravy as well as eggs Benedict were offered. The cut up fruit was actually ripe. We were pleased.

It’s a little tired, particularly the carpet.

Originally was given room 229 air conditioner was so loud u couldn't possible have slept. Then we were still in the room when the door open and a man walked in our room no knock he had a key. He said he left his water tumbler in the room. He had this room before us. My wife and granddaughter were terrified. With all the craziness in this country we didnt feel safe. I went the office they changed our room. I have traveled many time and i always try to stay at holiday inn's for cleanness and saftey i may be looking for other options!

Everything was good except the heater was very noisy. The choice of bed covering was either just a sheet or else having a heavy covering.

The room we received was not the one we reserved. Was informed at the front desk it was because we booked thru hotels.com. After speaking with hotels.com i was informed that is not true information. They were able to have Holiday inn refund us 100
