Amazing staff!!

The room was very dirty and smelled like mildew. There was no light left on when i opened the door when I first got there. Also, the door to the stairway, i was not able to open it. That's scarey if there was an emergency and could not use the elevators. I was unable to use the pool. It was locked up and the key was not to be found. The lady at the checkin and checkout was nice but was constantly texting or on her phone.

Really enjoyed Holiday Inn.

It was very quaint secluded peaceful and right across the road from the casino and not far from shady maple in Lancaster, and the evening breeze was a blast from the past, sitting out on the bench in front of the hotel very relaxing breeze we loved it. Can’t wait to visit again. Must definitely tell others about this place. And the breakfast was very delightful. Thank you for your generous hospitality.

Both front desk employees I encountered were extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. The pool and hot tub was nice and relaxing. The breakfast food was very well prepared and presented. The room was clean and spacious. The beds was nice if you like sleeping on firmer beds, which I do.

The tub in the bathroom had a slow drain, didn't report it but annoying while showering and the water is at your ankles. Had to pay extra for breakfast, normally price was $12.95pp for the continental, they discounted it to $10pp. After paying almost $200 a night for the room breakfast should be included free of charge. Also our 1st morning there was only one working in the dining room, he seemed miserable, I figured it was just the stress of being alone. Second day he had a helper and was still miserably. Sorry but working with the public he needs a better attitude.

Room wasn’t very clean. Several items in disrepair. Room was moist feeling. Humid. No vent fan in bathroom
