"Gross and unpleasant-Stay Away !"

My wife and I made the mistake of staying here for one night July 2nd, 2025. Entering the lobby we were hit with a musty smell. The room was substandard with mold and dirt growing on the wall and ceiling at the a/c vent. Desk handle fell off. Bathroom tub had gross sticky crud in it. Door to room was off set and had to be slammed to shut. They charge for parking ! Elevator cold not go from floor 3 to lobby, it only went to the basement. Upholstery on chair was torn and ragged. Do yourself a favor, stay far away from this unpleasant and gross place. Not worth it. They added a $100 charge for damages they said would be taken off the credit card if we did no damage. This place is a JOKE.

LOCATION EXCELLENT, HOTEL HAD A DJ ON JULY 4TH THAT DID A NICE JOB.

POOL WATER SUPER COLD, ONLY COFFEE WAS OFFER IN THE MORNING.

"It was unlivable, on top of the premium price."

The view would have been nice, if the room was functional.

Poorly maintained. First room had no a/c, 88° in the room. The second room was hot and the door wouldn’t lock. The third room, the door wouldn’t work and had an extreme urine smell. The entire property did not appear maintained.

"The shining"

The getaway because the room was a letdown including the parking

Poor maintenance this hotel was built in the 30 and it felt like it, the fitness center is practically abandoned I guess nobody believes in fitness down in corpus

"Worst Ever hotel, dirty, disgusting and invested with insects"

Nothing I complain about the bed bugs and roaches getting bitten by bed bugs and other insects, bed stains of human semen and pee on the sheets and comforter and all they could tell me to contact Booking.com so I could dispute my stay because they didn’t have any rooms available. So booking.com could handle a refund. I have taken pictures.

"This was the worst stay. Hotel is very old and run down. Needs to be remodeled. Nothing like the past times I hve staye"

Close to the beach

Elevators were not working, AC was not cooling off properly. Breakfast buffet was closed. Inside bar closed.
