Emerald Beach Hotel Corpus Christi

The elevators are an old death trap. You can’t take the stairs cause they have them all closed. The rooms are smelly and dirty. The hallway carpet’s dirty. Staff a Russian young gentleman. Front desk. Rude and not helpful.

The room was filthy when we walked in. When reported this to the manager they said they would send housekeeping to clean it. After waiting 4hrs and taking off all the bedding ourselves housekeeping finally came, sadly we had to stand there to watch and make sure room was being cleaned properly. NEVER AGAIN

Very unsafe and dirty beach! My girlfriend's beach purse with our clothes and other items was stolen right under the chairs we brought when we were in the water. We had our chairs right in front of the hotel. Luckily we had our phones taking pictures when we were in the water. This happened on a Thursday so I went to front lobby where they had the "security TVs" and they told me they won't have access to the footage until Monday which is convenient for them since we checkout on Sunday. The beach was very dirty. Swimming in trash. Had a coffee cup lid land on my chest and we constantly avoided the floating trash debris. Needless to say, we checked out early. I have been to 30+ beaches worldwide and I never had anything stolen. Terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Up grades , furniture was scratching broken.People were smoking weed in the room and could smell it in my room

The view was nice , I loved that it was beach front.

I had to move to another room due to a leak, the other room I was moved to was disgusting. It was dirty there was blood in the bath tub and shower curtain I will definitely not be staying there again.

Location great hotel not so much.

Could’ve been cleaner.
