My room had a hole in the wall but other than that the stay was great

The hole in the wall of the room by the sliding door . There were no towels in the pool area

Room was dirty ,air conditioning wasn’t working,tv didn’t work had to get someone to go fix it,

They canceled my reservation the day before travel.

The only “good” thing was that it was close to the beach.

Check in was at 4pm, but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly so we had to wait till 5pm just to get into the room. And it leaked from the ceiling the WHOLE TIME we were there. Staff was a bit dismissive and lacked proper communication skills.

The location and having a room right on The beach was Amazing.

The beds had sand in them, like we didn't get fresh sheets. The pool didn't seem clean and the place was pretty run down, especially the ceiling tiles falling apart everywhere. And the fact that you have to pay DAILY for parking.

Just being close to the beach.

The roaches and rain coming in the room and building.

The only thing I like was the view from my room and that I dint have to drive to go to the beach.

The staff was not very helpful, Room was hot when we got into the room at first. Then the phone didn't work in the room. I asked front desk for a phone that worked. That never got taken care off. Roaches outside front door of our room. Left over pizza boxes left out in the hallway for two nights we stayed there. Cleaning crew never picked them up. Then paid for parking to stay there and had to park at on the other side of the hotel after paying for parking for two nights. Hotel is so outdated needs to be updated and better taken care of. Also false advertisements on there website. The rooms seem bigger on the website than they really were. For the amount I paid for two nights I was completely disappointed. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. I will not be returning to this place next time I visit. 1000 percent disappointed

Avoid this hotel at all cost. We have an entire list of problems. The phones in the rooms don’t work. You can’t reach their front desk unless you walk to the desk. They avoid you like the plague. The TVs don’t work. No cable. No internet or wifi. The ice machine is broken. My husband was able to push the “locked” door open with one hand without using a key. Our tv was falling off the wall. My parents opened their mini-fridge and water poured out onto the floor. Everything in their room was unplugged when they got there. Their ceiling had a huge place hanging down over the beds. Probably water damage that was never repaired. Their slider door to their “patio” wouldn’t open. My dad used a lubricating spray to make it the least bit “functional”. There were holes in the window coverings. Their customer service is just flat out rude. At check-in, the guy was just mean. I had made a request before we stayed and was told to mention it when we got there. He yelled at me that they don’t take requests and I’d have to deal with what I was given. The lady told him she had put the request down and it was okay. Should have realized it was a red flag. They have a paid parking lot. I was told it was $15/day for everyone. Then I was told if we would book through a certain company (Priceline) the parking would be free. We were told to scan and pay for parking. My parents were told they didn’t need to. It’s an absolute scam. We are still disputing charges to our cards. Their “renovations” are simple tiles on the shower wall that are half-@ss, and tiles on the floors. That’s where renovations stopped. Even our door had a huge gap at the top. Trim is rotting. The hallway temp was 99° because it’s not air conditioned. The restaurant was shut down. What works? Nothing. Even our shower handle fell off when we tried to turn on the water. I asked for extra towels for our family of four in a double queen room. They had only placed two towels in the room, knowing it was a family of four. They wrote down our room number when I asked for more towels. I also asked for extra pillows and they never brought them. Do not waste your money on this hotel. Avoid it! There are probably many other things that I missed. Don’t stay there!
