They stole a Yeti ice chest from right outside the door. This was at the "cabana" rooms. Told front desk they said the cameras were not working. Not a safe hotel.

The room was big and spacious but not clean well

NOTHING! THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. ABSOLUTELY FILTHY AND ATE UP WITH MOLD.

I am very disappointed in the hotel and its conditions, my family and I drove over 8 hours to arrive to such conditions and end up having to end our Trip early. The condition of this hotel is absolutely disgusting, I would not put my pets in this hotel. The smell of mildew is so strong all throughout the hotel, I'm not sure how the employees can work here and smell that all day, not to mention the filthiness. There is mold all over the ceilings growing the walls are filthy and the floors have stains all over the carpets. The furniture is old and stained and the leather chairs in both the lobby and the rooms are ripped and pilling. The elevators were also nasty the linoleum flooring was peeling there was trash all on the floor and filthiness all over the elevator walls and doors. Our room 522 lights did not work the toilet would not flush, there were yellow stains all over the bedspreads, there was also mildew growing on the wall and near the AC. The Mirrors were filthy, and bathroom had hair in the sink and yellow stains, the towels were dirty and also had stains and hair. This hotel needs to be shut down and removed from Bookings.com. This was my first time booking through booking.com, and my experience with the hotel was not something I expected. Please see attached photos and let me know if there is anything else I can provide. I pray this can be resolved and I receive a Full Refund. Thank you and I look forward to getting this resolved.

Paid for pool side but was off to side away from view of pool!!!!

Room was dirty (linens, tub, toilet). I booked a room with a balcony with a bay view. It was about 90 degrees outside. Room was hot…I could barely open the glass sliding door that you couldn’t see out of. When I immediately went to the front desk to check out, the attendant told me”If you want to see out, open the door”.

Everything

Room stink bad. And have so much roaches everywhere even in the beds Staffing not too friendly. We were lost looking for the unit number. And they answered with actitud. Unfortunately we couldn't find something else closed by to cancel my room at the time we arrived 😒

The beach access

There were cockroaches and mold in our room. The sliding door was not working correctly
