The carpets and walls in the corridor were dirty

The location next to the Beach.

Old , stained sheets , rooms are not what they look like in pictures. Had to pay to park , no breakfast, bad experience.

Hot tub was broke No WiFi Tv hardly worked Out dated and old

I didn’t read reviews due to returning through the years since 1970. Was given an occupied room Every surface very dirty- dusty, oily or needs painting Filter moldy Outdated tv, phone, lighting, towels, hallways Loud guests and front desk didn’t answer No breakfast offered- no cups for coffee Elderly mother had to keep going down 5 flights- no handicap rooms with 2 beds Public welcome including dogs- saw 3 in a wagon in hallway along with straw wrappers and trash Air thermostat was broken Water couldn’t drain in sink at all Towels were worn out. Ali in lobby had a long line of people complaining. I heard no phones ringing so that explains why no answer. Phones broken? I called to say someone was in my room. I scanned my key and walked in on them. Could’ve been shot. The rooms around me were so loud- karaoke, air compressors for floats even after midnight: called lobby but no answer Fire alarm went off around 12:30- no announcements or calls Very disappointing. Needs major renovations! Unsafe as doors don’t lock to outside and public is allowed. You’d be safer and get more rest in your car but not in this parking lot. Need a refund!

Room was spacious and clean. Awesome view.

Needs a lot of care. Breakfast area closed. No food available. Jacuzzi not working. Indoor bar closed.

Great location

Mold in the coffee pot. And mold on the curtains. Door handle loose to the restroom. Sliding door was very hard to open and close. Bathtub had black markings in the tub
