Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa

Aileen and Dillon were great. From food recommendations to drinks and places to visit. All of that combined with their friendly personalities was a blessing.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway expecting a resort experience that would reflect the Hilton brand standards. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet those expectations. The issues started at check-in. Although we informed the front desk that we had arrived, our room was not ready by the advertised check-in time, which made for a disappointing start to the trip. The room itself felt outdated and worn, showing signs that it could benefit from renovation and better maintenance. The beach setup was another surprise. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and cabanas come with additional fees, and pricing varies depending on whether you choose the first, second, or third row. The costs add up quickly and can make an already expensive stay even more costly. The on-site restaurants were also disappointing. Prices were high, but the food quality did not justify the cost. On a positive note, several members of the front desk team were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Valet parking is available for $40 per night, and guests with plug-in vehicles can request charging service. Overall, while the property has some positive aspects, the outdated accommodations, delayed room readiness, expensive beach amenities, and underwhelming dining experience made it difficult to feel that the stay delivered the value and quality expected from a Hilton resort.

Aileen was a great server. Very personable and extremely kind and funny. She made us all feel extremely taken care of and made our experience really enjoyable. Loved it.

LOS COLCHONES DE LA HABITACION NO ESTABAN MUY COMODOS. Y la vista no me gusto se veia un techo con equipos , me dicen que las Habitaciones estandar son asi , escogeria otra habitacion la proxima vez porque SI ES UN HOTEL QUE ME GUSTARIA VOLVER,LA PASAMOS DEMASIADO BIEN FUIMOS FELICES AHI.
