"Fine, just... fine."

This hotel was fine, just...fine. The room wasn't filthy. It wasn't exactly clean, but it wasn't filthy either. Noise isolation was surprisingly good, didn't hear my neighbors or the people in the hallway. The location is pretty decent as well, with plenty of restaurants and amenities within easy driving distance. Nothing went wrong during my stay, and as such, I had a perfectly adequate experience. It's not the Ritz, but it's also not asking Ritz prices. For the price I paid, I felt like the value was adequate. It is pretty clear that the property is only being maintained to the bare minimum level to keep the Radisson branding. I feel like this place may look different in a year or two, if maintenance continues to be neglected. However, when I stayed...it was fine. Not great, not awful...just fine.

The room wasn't particularly clean. It wasn't filthy, but it wasn't clean either. The whole building smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke. The bathroom fan grate was covered in dust and possibly mold. The sheets were clean, but the mattress was old and not particularly comfortable. The hallways were dingy, with the absolute cheapest Home Depot light fixtures money could buy...the kind that say "We Renovated!" as long as you don't look closely. The breakfast was a joke, and only available for two hours. One out of the two elevators was out of service, which meant that the remaining one was always very slow to arrive. The lobby had several slot machines placed prominently by the entrance, which felt tacky. The rooms were missing "Do Not Disturb" signs, so housekeeping barged in before 9 AM. For me, none of these things were deal-breakers. I've truly stayed in many, many worse hotels. But it's not what I would call a "premium" experience either.

"Excellent"

The whirlpool was good but jets could be much stronger. The black office chair was very old worn and faded. I told the young man at the front desk, bathroom lock was loose but no one came to repair.

"Good place to stay "

Fast check-in and friendly staff. The room was clean but a lil run down. When you take a shower the steam makes the smoke alarm go off but thats the worst of the stay.

I have never been more disappointed to stay in a hotel in my life. Start to finish was an aweful experience. To start, they mist a professional photographer being doing there work for rooms, because the difference was drastic. Booked a room with a jet tub, which was later found to be broken. In hindsight, the staff knew it was broken. As we were checking they were trying to find our room, and i heard the receptionist mutter under her breath "well what room do i give them?" to her coworker. Then proceeded to mutter some to one another things i couldn't understand as the smirked at the screen. As you can probably interpret, the customer service was awful. The nastiest room conditions I’ve had. Lock was broken off of the door, the walls were smeared and scuffed. Tiles were missing in the bathroom and multiple exposed wires from the walls. Also the lamps were busted and dirty. While the staff was courteous, it was the longest check-in process ever. They must be utilizing some archaic system because I had to fill in several forms worth of information (though I booked ahead online). Had to wait 10 minutes for my turn, and then my turn itself took another 10 minutes.
