"Wouldn't stay here again"

Honestly not much. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Radisson use to be a decent name in the hotel business but apparently not anymore.

Oh my, where to start. Key unlocked the door but the door wouldn't open. They don't bother to tell you at check in some doors are malfunctioning and you need to lift the handle. Only 1 working elevator. Back exterior doors propped open. Flooring peeling and cracked. 1 towel and 1 washcloth in a room booked for 2 people. No creamer/sugar in the room for coffee.

"The hotel leaves a lot to be desired"

The location was great.

Stayed 2 nights. It would have been helpful At check in to have been told maid service was optional and had to be requested. The breakfast selections were subpar. The eggs were overcooked and the sausage patties and potatoes were cold. The bed was hard as a rock. When I arrived they couldn’t find my booking and I had to pull it up on my booking.com app.

"I would not recommend nor would return to this hotel. The cons outweigh the pros."

Location only.

As a business traveler, this hotel ranked pretty low for me. Property needs major renovations, halls smell and rooms too. Also I stayed on the 6th floor and mosquitos were all over the room, I ended up going to the Walmart and buying mosquito trap. I recommend before occupying the room, inspect the room for sure. I would recommend other hotels nearby if you you have wiggle room in your wallet.
