Très bon emplacement...

Rundown, our toilet didn't flush, heater old and noisy. The odd cockroach in hallway. Receptionist on her phone chatting whilst trying to check out.

size of room was nice and bed was fine.Liked the breakfast

The room did feel really old and the lamps and fixtures have seen a lot better days. After we were there, we could tell that the carpets smelled musty and old and really needs to be deep cleaned. We were on the second floor but we could hear talking downstairs loud in the lobby at 5 am which woke me up for hours. Because, it is an open area with high ceilings by the desk, the sounds are really like an echo. The shower head didn't work right so it was either scalding hot water or freezing cold. It was not working properly. One of the outlets was not in the wall right so we couldn't use it Once again, hotels are nonchalant about customers complaints. It seems that the customer is always wrong. If you try to check in an hour early, they want to charge $50.00 extra.

Rooms run-down.

Good price. Staff were pleasant. Free parking.

Very old and rundown. Some things, like shower taps, had been badly repaired. No USB outlets. Late check-in time.
