Hôtel bien situé. Accueil agréable

Propreté de la chambre. Quelques travaux de rénovation seraient nécessaires. Petit déjeuner très simple

Staff were great. Breakfast didn't have much of a selection very limited. You could tell it was a very old room and carpet.

The toilet water leaked on the floor. Shower did not drain. Room smells mold and very dusty. Even the front desk computer was very dusty and dirty, although the host was polite.

Shame now restaurant for dinner but across the road is The Quality Inn with a fantastic restaurant, good beers and selection of food.

The gentleman at the desk was very friendly. That was the only bright spot of our stay. The carpet was black, even did the white wet washcloth test on it & my husband wasn’t comfortable taking off his shoes. The bathroom was filthy. Everything needed a good cleaning. Sink smelled of sewer gas & had a brown ring around it, that we wiped off. Very disappointing.

When I checked in Carmil, had informed me that my reservation was cancelled. He stated that was what the system told him. He stated I had to call someone. I asked who, he stated the third party that I booked with. He stated he could walk me in at a rate and that hotels.com would refund me. I informed him that I booked a non refundable. And it wasn’t refundable. He stated I had to call. I called and of course they were closed with it being almost midnight. I called Wyndham and closed. I texted the Wyndham customer care number and they stated my reservation was active. Carmil told me I had to call them. I informed him it was a text line. He stated that Wyndham didn’t have that. And that my reservation was still cancelled and that he couldn’t find it. Then it turned out from the other worker, that my reservation was accidentally checked in not cancelled.

Convenince, next to freeway and route 66. Breakfast is good.

Pillow are too hard, I can't open the table drawer by my bed.
