First, they gave us a room even without cleaning from previous stay. Further, the room we stay was at 1st floor, the carpet is dirty, not sure if they cleaned has been cleaned before. The whole room was moist, made us very uncomfortable vs the price we paid.

The property is clean and friendly. One odd thing is that the pillows have hard plastic security tags on them so if you flip your pillow you lay in them lol I guess people steal pillows??

The beds were so comfortable and having a full fridge and microwave was really convenient. There is a pool but the door was always locked. I never saw anyone use it. The staff was hit or miss. Some mornings the free coffee in the lobby was full and fresh which is a nice bonus but other mornings it was never refilled after the first pot. We stayed here because we were moving our daughter to Cornell and we were not paying $350 or more for 2 star hotels near the school. We were happy we chose this hotel. Cute town and beautiful drive to Cornell with no traffic and lots of food choices in the area. If you are looking to book it for the pool I would not suggest it but if you need a nice, safe comfortable room with PLENTY of space, comfy beds and a friendly town this would be a great choice.

ADA shower—curtain is too short so it hangs outside of the shower, thus causing water to puddle on floor.

The window to our room was not locked. It did not have the proper equipment to lock. We were on the first floor. We had to make a makeshift lock for our safety.

The room was spacious, clean and the beds had soft sheets. The staff at the front desk was never there. Always had to wait for the front desk clerk. Kids kept banging on our door and running. The sink was stopped up with coffee grinds from the previous guest I guess. Room phone didn’t work. Lots of places to eat near by.
