Clean, close to stores, easy to book, kids loved the pool.

A guy who claimed to be one of the owners was extremely rude. The assistant manager Ronnie was nice on our first stay there. He actually was outside the door smoking a cigarette with myself and my boyfriend just talking about the facility. The only complaint I had with our first stay was that every single day they upcharged us by a lot for extending our stay and I did a review on here before about that. I got a response from the owner who apologized and asked us to give their hotel another chance so we did. This time we stayed there it was awful. My boyfriend was outside smoking a cigarette along with others that were also outside smoking but a man claiming to be an owner yelled at him and treated him very badly but never said a word to me or anyone else who was outside smoking at all during the time we were there. My boyfriend likes to walk around at night and he was basically being watched and stalked by this man and every time he went outside to smoke this man would say something to him and need I say that he was smoking in the parking lot, not even on the sidewalk around the building but the parking lot which is crazy. The man told my boyfriend there is a designated smoking area right out front by the front doors and that is where smoking needs to be done, again however he singled my boyfriend out by never saying a word to anyone else who was outside smoking not at the designated smoking area which by the way there are no signs or postings stating that you cant smoke anywhere else other than out front by the main entrance. I do find it odd that the one "designated" smoking area is right out front by the main entrance, why would you want a bunch of people out there smoking when you have people and families using that door to bring in their luggage to check in. Again however, there are no signs posted about any smoking or non smoking areas.

Clean and safe.

Loudest fridge I have ever had in any hotel room I ever stayed in. Like a fan constantly running or like traveling in an airplane. Really impacting sleep.

Advertised as an extended stay hotel, we found NOTHING in the room that could be used for cooking or eating. We found out only as we were checking out that there were kits available with the things we needed - plates, silverware, etc. Seems like the clerk fell down on the job at check in. That's kind of immaterial, since the room had a BIG window that, when the curtains were opened, revealed frosted glass overlooking a dark workroom/storage area The room had NO SUNLIGHT - NONE. We put up with living in a dungeon for a week because someone apparently didn't think we needed to be able to see the sky or enjoy natural light. But back to the "kitchenette". No lights - we had to move a floor lamp to have enough light to be able to see what we were doing. And ONE duplex outlet, which was shared between the refrigerator (which had never been leveled), under powered microwave, and coffee pot. And the highlight of our week: the false fire alarm that went off at around midnight. And the non-working card lock on the swimming pool door. And the repulsive scent of whatever stink-um was sprayed in the automated dispensers in the hallway. And the inability to change anything about the AC/heater. And a general lack of power outlets throughout the room. The cleaning staff was more pleasant and helpful than all but one of the front desk crew.

The room was very clean and the refrigerator was a plus.

Definitely, not sound proof.
