Location wasn't bad
Sink in the kitchenette was clogged with dirty brown water and no maintenance staff was available to fix it . They were ants all behind the bed and were crawling on us. The beds were not stationary, they kept moving forward and the pillows kept falling behind the bed and was very frustrating trying to get comfortable.

Reservation for 3 guests, yet only 2 bath towels in the room. Calls to the front desk went unanswered. The highway traffic noise was loud.

Convenient location, newer hotel, no breakfast, but clean, friendly staff, great price. I stay when visiting my daughter and son who attended SUNY Cortland. There's a whole sink, fridge, microwave, like mini kitchen in the rooms. I have stayed 2x and I have another upcoming stay booked.
During first stay it seemed my floors were not cleaned and there was no way to shut TV off. second stay everything was clean, no issues aside from 5am fire alarm that evacuated building
