Grand Texan Hotel and Convention Center

At first, the hotel might not seem like what you expect, but it’s actually a pleasant surprise. The breakfast is good, and someone prepares it for you if you need it. You can choose when you want housekeeping to come into your room, which I really appreciated. They offer housekeeping almost every day except Sundays, and they’re very respectful of your space. I did have to check out earlier than planned, but overall the staff was respectful and kind from the beginning. It may not seem like the place for you at first, but honestly, it might surprise you.

I had to leave on wensday instead of friday .asked but no creadit or refund was giving . Also i reserved a single king room and instead was given 2 queens in a diffrent room then requested. They rented my prepaid resevation out .and no kind of refund or creadit for needing to leave early .came a day early late and was charged 20 mor for the first night .only to make me check out then hours later put me back in wrong room they had me xheck out from .
