Room size, new, clean

We recently stayed at this hotel and, while it is very new and spotlessly clean, the overall atmosphere felt surprisingly cold and soulless. The grounds lack greenery or relaxing outdoor spaces, which made the resort feel more like a large complex than a welcoming family destination. Unfortunately, the hotel also seems overly focused on rules and restrictions. You have to pre-book dinner times, yet there are still queues to be seated. Children are not allowed in certain pools or the teppanyaki restaurant, and inflatables are banned in the pool — which feels odd for a hotel marketed toward families. Even the water park design was disappointing, as strong cold water jets at the entrance were so powerful they pushed smaller children away from entering. Service throughout the stay was below what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Many staff members, particularly at reception and in the restaurants, struggled to understand English, making even simple requests difficult. Getting something as basic as an extra napkin felt like an inconvenience, and empty plates were often left on tables until the very end of the meal. No one checked how our stay was going or asked for feedback at any point, which perhaps explains why we left feeling relieved rather than sad to go. The dining experience was another major disappointment. Breakfast lacked variety and quality, with very basic options throughout. The pancakes were so plain our children would not eat them, juices tasted artificial and flavourless, and coffee could only be fetched from self-service machines. There was no fresh salmon or anything that felt remotely premium — certainly not what you would expect from a 5-star resort. There were also several frustrating small details that added up over the course of the holiday. Guests are expected to wear wristbands at all times, extra towels were unavailable, and complimentary water in the room was only replenished every second day.

We had requested for a double bed but that was not accommodated

The room was beautiful and very spacious. The bed was very cosy and comfortable. Bathroom was lovely. The Rituals products were very nice. We also really appreciated the toothbrush, toothpaste and razor. The balcony was lovely. Gorgeous seaviews. Great variety in the buffet each night and each morning. Great entertainment by night. We loved the Candle making class. Free shuttle bus to Playa Las Americas every day. Good variety of pools and lots of comfy sunbeds and umbrellas. We loved the infinity pool. Lots of snack bars. Staff were kind and helpful. We got a welcome drink and snacks on arrival and a lovely card and chocolates the night before departure. Great facilities for kids too. We had a lovely, relaxing time. We loved the hotel but we didn't like that some of the restaurants and pools were for privilege customers only. We loved the location but it might be a bit isolated for some people. They could do with more seats in the entertainment area.

Bardzo czysto, świetny kompleks dla dzieci. Wszystkie baseny są podgrzewane, w tym jeden ze słoną wodą. Z pokoju rozciągał się przepiękny widok na morze, a zachody słońca były cudowne. Obsługa była przemiła, zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Hotel jest nowoczesny, a pokoje urządzone na najwyższym poziomie. Przy hotelu znajduje się skalisty brzeg z zachwycającym widokiem, którego uroku dodawały spacerujące tam kraby :) Jedzenie bardzo świeże i z dużym wyborem dań.

Za rzadko uzupełniana woda w pokoju i brak mleka owsianego w restauracji, ale to szczegóły! poza tym nie ma uwag, było super 😊
