Extremely friendly host. Nice room, comfortable beds. In the bathroom there are hand towels. Delicious juices from fruits from own garden. 30 minutes walk to Sigiriya ticket office.

We had a lovely stay. The host and his family are very welcoming and helped us to make the best of our time in Sigiriya. The homemade sri lankan food is very delicious (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). The villa is very clean, well equipped, and located in a beautiful garden. The hosts pay great attention to details, which made us feel at home. We would come back anytime.

Wonderful host - thoughtful, sincere and helpful. The room was great - everything works! And it is in a really lovely setting. Staying in Sigiriya can be a bit tricky as there isn't a commercial area with extensive shops etc nearby, but our host was always one step ahead in preparing amazing meals (cheaper than nearby restaurants), stocking the fridge with beer, and even chilling the glass before serving it! He is also a local guide, is well connected and regarded locally, and will do everything he can to make it all happen for you. A great place, a great host, and a great stay!

My stay was too brief!

Perfect place. Very cozy clean separate house and area around. Large bedroom and bathroom. Everything is done with soul and comfort. Power outlets on each side of the bed, great fast wifi. The owner and his wife are kind, helpful and very friendly. The owner can suggest the route and share information. He saw a flat tire on a scooter and helped pump it up for us. Very tasty traditional breakfast. In addition, we asked to make us dinner. It was delicious.

This is the best place in Sigiriya! :) we stayed here for two nights and it had been one if our favourite places in Sri Lanka. We loved EVERYTHING about this place. Everyone should come here! Mori our host is the kindest sweetest man. He never stops making sure you are happy. the food (made by his lovely wife) is INCREDIBLE!!! The most wonderful home cooked Sri Lanka food. absolutely delicious and giant portions…they just want to make you happy they’re such a nice family! The bed was very comfortable, cute place with a nice hot shower and the gardens around the place are beautiful. Mori is also an experienced senior guide of 30 years and knows everything about Sigiriya Rock and the area. He can give you a guided tour if you want (doesn’t pressure at all though he’s so nice). we climbed both Sigiriya and Pidurangala with him and it was really worth it! we got so much more out of it that way. The place is an amazing value - Just book it now! you won’t regret it :)
