Sigiri Hibiscus Villa

Very warm welcome and easy to contact via WhatsApp for any needs or transport. Villa is very modern and all the amenities needed are there. WiFi is good. Food is plentiful and very fresh, all authentic. Always around to help. Perfect English along with many other languages. Walking distance to Sigiriya rock and easy to arrange through just a tuk tuk for the other rock for sunrise. Overall amazing stay

We were there for our Sigiriya visit and check-in was very pleasant one and they welcome us with refreshing welcome drinks. Prasanga and his family is very hospitable people and they always look after our comfort and all the foods are finger licking good, all the food are authentic Sri Lankan flavours and we will never forget the taste.. Hibiscus villa is a modern villa and it's equipped with all the modern fittings and fixtures which made us comfort through our stay. We felt it's like a home away from home and we will hope's to be there again. I would highly recommend Hibiscus villa and thank you Prasanga for your warmth hospitality.....

Our party arrived to a warm and friendly welcome by sharni and family and the cooling drink upon arival was very welcome. The Villa is set in lovely gardens and is very peacefull. The Villa is a new and modern building with fantastic facilities. Breakfast and dinner the hosts provided was of an exceptional quality and so far is the best local Sri Lankan food i have eaten. We were only booked in for 2 nights but extended our stay because we were so impressed by the Villa and our fab hosts.

Arrived here to a very warm and friendly welcome from prasanga and his daughter in law who own and run the property along with his wife,the welcome drink was greatfully received after our journey.the villas are set in a wonderfull natural garden with plenty of wildlife from birds,peacocks,chipmonks,and even elephants in the distance crashing about,the villas are very modern boutique style,only about 1 year old,bathroom facilities are exceptional and spotless as is the rest of the properties,tea and coffee available with kettle and v well stocked fridge,ac is great,ceiling fan and hairdryer.local breakfast was amazing,the family cannot do enough to please,we had dinner cooked one evening and all five of said it was the best food we had eaten in sri lanka so far,our host was a mine of local information.the rock is about a 25 min walk,village and bars about 10,we cannot reccomend highly enough the hibiccus villas and would definately stay here again,so much so that we extended our stay chris and the gang.

I stayed here for my first night in Sri Lanka and it was great to find winch a clean spacious room with highly functional AC after many hours of travel! Hostess was friendly and kind and can arrange anything you need. We had breakfast and dinner with her as well and both were delicious and served outdoors on the relaxing veranda facing the garden. I would highly recommend!

Good location. Very friendly, resourceful and helpful hostess. They can arrange anything that you ask. Dinner prepared by this family is excellent and I highly recommend it. The rooms are very clean spacious and come with an A/C. It's very quite out here so you can relax ... and if you are lucky an elephant might wander into the garden. All in all and excellent place to stay and unwind.

The property has great location in walking distance from Sigiriya Lion Rock and surrounded by natural greenery. The room is very clean and spacious, having everything you need for a stay. Additionally to breakfast you can ask your hosts to cook both lunch and dinner for you. Hosts are so kind and welcoming that all your needs will be satisfied. Overall very good experience!

Warm and cozy enviroment, the room was clean and in perfect condition, when I arrived there, the owners welcomed me very nicely and and the food was also great. The place is really close to the sigiriya rock (15 mins aproximately). Would go back anytime!

A lovely quiet to stay. Comfortable accommodation. Tasty breakfast serve outside our room provided a great start to the day. They olso serve dinner for a good price, wich is delicious!Lots of birds in the garden. If you go this place, you can really relax. Highly recommend..

Really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are new and modern and super clean. Close to both rocks. Nice breakfast in the morning and the other meals are good too. Very sweet family managing the place who really take care of you.
