"Disgusting"

The location.

The hotel was filthy and disgusting. There were bugs in the hathroom, and one of the bedspreads was horribly stained. The mattresses were old, uncomfortable, and really squeaky. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, and the floors of the hallways connecting wings were filled with leaves and trash. The entire facility needs a deep clean.

"Perfect after a late flight"

The evening host was very helpful and nice. Location was quiet, no traffic noise even. Its an older structure, but clean & comfortable. The free airport shuttle does not run after 5 PM.

Staff is always nice and helpful, breakfast & location is good.

The room I was assigned the bed was horrible 😫 I ask to be switched to another room.
