It would make the baddest all in one club and hotel in one!

Mold all over in bathroom! No cold water! Dirty! Lamps don’t work!

The room was clean and well appointed, especially for the price. My only real complaints are that the entire building, from the lobby to my room was just a little damp. Either they had a huge water main break or the property needs regrading, because it was obviously damp and the lobby was a bit musty. Also, there was no place aside from some grass on an adjacent property, to walk the dog, Aside from that, it was a comfortable stay at a very good price.

I have never been to a hotel that was so badly kept, smelled bad, and just felt unsafe.

Everything was run down, dirty, and none of the restaurants in there were operational.

Price was good. Musty smell in the facility. 2 people in our family got bit by some kind of insect in their room. The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms we had.

Apparently someone built a huge conference hall in Salina and then couldn’t pay to keep it up. Anything expensive to maintain (pool, for example) is closed off. Whole place is huge, echoing, and empty. So weird. Also a smell of mold in the rooms and the bathtub had mold around the spigot.

It has so much potential if someone would update things. Other than that the place was awesome.
