The AC was directly over my bed.. The AC was directly on my head all night. i got so sick. The charging spots by the bed did NOT work. they only had one outlet by the bed.. no other options to charge.. The internet didn't work.. This hotel stay was NOT relaxing at all .. I was here for work. .. wouldn't recommend.

Quiet location with easy access to Route 490. Many nearby restaurants and a beautiful creekside park with walking trails (Channing Philbrick Park) only one mile away. Staff here has always been friendly, and rooms are impeccably clean. No better hotel on the eastside of Rochester!

"Should have known better…"

Noisy location next to highway and the fan cycles on and off and there’s apparently nothing that can be done about it. I’m a high “elite” with Marriott, so good luck to those who have no status. There are better options in the area and I was giving this another try after a couple years time, but unfortunately nothing has changed.

Was very clean. Room is well designed for maximum efficiency and comfort. After a 6 day trip staying somewhere different each night, this Marriott gets my highest overall rating. It is convenient to the highway but in a rather secluded spot but only 10 minutes by car to get to great areas with great restaurants and shopping.

Parking was easy. Big pool. Great refreshments. A lot of room space and awesome tv for streaming. Shower was awesome! Staff were patient and wonderful. Would come here again for a future wedding!
