"Good"

They imply that there is dining and a bar onsite. This is not true! Breakfast, that’s it. Ate delivery pizza for dinner and found our own wine and beer. The pizza was good. Stayed there specifically for resto/bar but oh well👎

We had ants in the bathroom....the pool water was far too cold for an indoor pool and needed to be vacuumed...the room and beds were fine. The bistro wasnt open....no cook....we live in east rochester and looked forward to our staycation for months...dissappointing..also no towels at the pool for our morning experience

"Nice room with a couple of quirks."

Bigger sized room with a small sofa and desk chair. Good lighting and good bathroom.

1. The TV channel guide didn’t list any program information. This was very annoying. 2. The thermostat had to be set two degrees above the desired temperature (I.e., 74 to maintain 72). Minor but also annoying.

I stayed for several days and was in a beautiful and quiet room. Everything was clean and very comfortable. My flight out was rebooked a day later and they were very accommodating for an extra night. I'll stay here again!

The check in did not go smooth. I had reserved a king assessable room. When we fist went, I was told it wasn't ready. Then came back and got to the room and it was 2 queen beds. Had to go back down, they said I had reserved the 2 queen assessable and that they don't have any king rooms that are assessable. The website shows it does. I didn't have my phone to show her, so I brought it back down to show her I did reserve the king, then she came up with another excuse. They did put us in a king, not assessable and it was nice and we made it thru the 2 days. Just wish they would have had it right. The place was nice and clean.
