Great location, easy check in, great communication and plenty of room!

Slight lack of facilities. There was a chopping board provided but only butter knives in the draw. A small bottle of milk was provided but the use by date was 4 days before our arrival date

It was nice and accessible. The room was also a reasonable size and the location of it was great.

I found some cobwebs in my bathroom. The overhead shower head was loose. The connection of the glass door of the shower to the wall appeared to hinge on a loose nail in the wall? It just didn’t look secure. And no one gave us any information about the restaurant which was odd. I also feel maybe we could’ve had more water in the fridge instead of just two and a small bottle of milk.

Comfy bed and good location

Poor communication (we were told twice in writing we could check in early as we were getting married that day but upon arrival it wasn’t clean) Facilities are tired (chipped paint, shower is too hot or freezing, taps say hot and cold the wrong way round) Window opened onto bins Ground floor room was noisey until 10pm due to the restaurant and other guests

Fantastic place to stay. Really flexible to suit our needs. Lovely apartment and spotlessly clean. Even some really nice touches like having dimmed lighting and the telly on for when we came in late. Really friendly staff member who brought us up to our room. Lots of nice little complementary products.

Beautiful comfortable room. Everything you need.

Too much light comes in so woke me up early. Could do with blackout blinds.

the bathroom floor was slippery but it was lovely polished marble!
