Louisa Aparthotel Las Terrenas

I love this place. The place was so clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly, respectful and accommodating. Everything you are being sold is what you get. Everything is so convenient and nearby. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff at the restaurant are very friendly. We’ll definitely come back. I’m already planning my next vacation. Thank you to all the staff.

Its was good but not better than the first time , restaurant was close and the electric car never offered me a ride .

Very nice place with lots of privacy. Pool was not so clean but apt was excellent with cooking amenities. Only downfall was the restaurant. Not in the location out by the beach although the hotel employees were very nice and even offer a ride to the restaurant. The restaurant itself is outside in front of beach However that service was by far the worst i have ever experienced.. Either choose another place to eat or buy your own to cook. Other than that place was beautiful and peaceful. The name of that restaurant was Colibre dont eat there!!

Nos encanto las atenciones del hotel, de la recepción. Ayudan en todo. estan disponibles en cualquier momento. Las areas comunes estan bien cuidadas. Fuimos en familia y la pasamos muy bien.

Excellent service, extremely friendly staff!!! Property is just as shown in pictures. Clean, nicely decorated, spacious. We we a a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens, and were very comfortable in our apartment. The property is not beachfront, but just next to it. I have stayed at beach hotels were have had a longer walk. You don't feel away from it. The breakfast was perfect, right on the beach, priceless!!! Already planning our next visit.
