Louisa Aparthotel Las Terrenas

Me gustó mucho el apartamento, con todo lo necesario para pasarla en familia, preparar comidas y descansar. El desayuno en la playa fue espectacular. La cercanía a la hermosa playa de las Ballenas. La atención del personal muy buena. Sugiero que pongan cortinas en la sala de estar más cubridoras, no había mucha privacidad, ya que las cortinas eran transparentes.

Been here three times and already planning a forth.

Awesome place to stay! Literally a couple of steps away from the beach and pool was nice as well. Would stay again.

Clean, Modern and Close to the Beautiful beach Las Ballenas.

The hotel is beautiful and very close to the beach. I was in a penthouse, however I found mildew in the shower, the bed was hard like a rock, very uncomfortable. The pillows were very thing. I stayed for 9 days !and the respond was we do not offer more pillows. The restaurant is next to the beach food was ok, my first day at the restaurant I asked for salt and came to the table when I was almost done eating. The massage ladies at the beach come to greet you before the servers. The manager at the restaurant is never around to see what’s wrong in the restaurant. And to top Jose Luis the golf car driver was so rude and disrespectful. He was having a really bad day I guess.

Loved everything about this place. The apartments are clean and beautiful and have everything needed for a pleasant stay. Beautiful pool, delicious breakfast and great customer service.
