Louisa Aparthotel Las Terrenas

Super modern almost new property. We had PH unit with large balcony overlooking pool, roofdeck was not used. Large walk in shower and separate toilet rooms (2). Very short walk to beach. Beachfront bar/restaurant included breakfast. Staff was great too

I love the unit. It is accessible on foot to everything. It is clean, open, has nice private outdoor space with open access to the living area, has all we needed for our stay, short walk to beach, chairs provided. Golf cart rides available if needed. Breakfast was included and plentiful. My food was cold so I didn’t eat it. Didn’t want to bother my waitress again because I already asked her to bring me a separate sugar container after she gave me from another table where some people were still eating. (COVID-19 concern). I would suggest that they provided sugar packets, not shared containers where the guests use spoons to get the sugar. Besides this, I would definitely go back. After breakfast we had a nice walk in the beach. The staff is courteous but the breakfast staff (my server) can benefit Of a little bit of basic serving etiquettes ( maybe she wasn’t feeling good). We practiced good cdc recommandations, plus we clean everything around with Lysol wipes. I recommend this place.

I can say that the property itself is very nice/rooms are clean/food was great/it was close to the beach but a little walking distance from everything else. The security guy and the gentleman who takes care of the cars overnight (I forget their names which I wish I didn’t) they were the only staff that I was able to have good communication with and treated us like we belonged there. The girl who checked us in, although she was nice, she seemed as though she was nervous doing her job, she could not speak clearly at all, she could not answer any of the questions about anything I asked her, she failed to give any information about the surrounding area, she didn’t mention what we can expect staying at the property, so for me the check in was sub par considering what I was expecting. there was a lack of communication amongst the staff after we had a piece of kitchen appliance almost fall on top of us (oven hood cover), which they are very lucky did not injure me or my partner. There was another gentleman who worked check in, which I can’t remember his name, but he had the worst attitude, as if all of my questions were bothering him, I wish I could remember his name because he was the worst. Lastly, eden restaurant was understandably busy the day of our check out but me and my partner were sitting for an hour before our order was taken, but Charlie decided he wanted to take an order from people who just walkedin, even after stating he was not a waiter, we got food 3 hours later.

This was an excellent family mini vacations. This hotel is highly recommended. We enjoyed a lot our stay here. The people, the location, the rooms and service were amazing. My only complaint was the food availability in the 3rd day...

Weather was very good most of days. Property is in excellent conditions. Quick check in. Cleaning in rooms is not all days and not so good. Need to improve this. Great Wi-Fi but just in room. Evaluate in common areas. Beach is amazing.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Terrenas has the most beautiful beaches in the north of the country. The hotel, the people, the food, everything is amazing. Stay here an you won’t be disappointed.

First time Visiting this place and loved everything about it. From the security guy who greet you when you first arrive to the staff at the front desk, are all great. The apartments are very clean and modern. Beach is just steps away. We really couldn’t ask for anything better; we are already planning our next vacation to Samana and this is definitely the place we are staying.
