The location. The room size. The bed was comfy.

The room was serviced every other day. This wasn’t made clear at check in. We were there for 2 nights so basically the room wasn’t serviced and we had no replacement coffee/creamer. The body wash was nearly empty when we arrived and didn’t get refilled. The room was noisy due to external a/c plant noise despite being on the 9th floor.

"Fantastic place to stay in Charleston West Virginia."

Fantastic location in downtown Charleston. Literally across the street from the River. The staff was super. Had a great evening meal at the sports bar. The next morning we had an awesome breakfast in the hotel.

It was decent for the price. We came for a soccer tournament and the location was great. It wasn't far from the fields.

The room seemed outdated and the extensions didnt work on the phone to call the front desk and the restaurant. The bartender at the time was not very friendly but the rest of the staff was we encountered was nice.

My big thank you for the reception on Wednesday morning who allowed me to check in early after my train ride. I loved the hotel location along the Kanawha River, which I could also admire from my room. The hotel from the ground floor up felt like you were in a comfortable apartment, and it was surely helped by all the friendly staff. I had a really nice breakfast with potatoes, sausages, fried eggs, and coffee. It was a warm place in the middle of wintery December in West Virginia.
