Bar was nice, garage was convenient. We had a room across the river which was nice. My girl liked the tub, bed was nice with good pillows. Was a nice stay.

Great location.

In need of a refresh. Rooms are dated and a bit rough around the edges. Some minor problems checking in. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. Expected more from a downtown property.

Some of the front desk staff was extremely rude when handling a reservation issue. Instead of helping, they just repeatedly told the customer that they were wrong, even though they were not. The room smelled like garbage. The amenities were nice and the location was great.
