"Great plus, crappy AC"

It was nice and very convenient location, my only problem is the air conditioner in the room did not work. Our room stayed at 75° and the next morning when we grabbed our daughters duffle bag of clothes, it was soaked from the AC leaking

wonderful location, river view is excellent. the staff were very friendly and helpful on everything. very happy with my stay.

the room humidity was a little high (around 70% most of the time in my room), and i wish they had a dehumidifier in the room.

Location

Staff, we asked multiple times for new sheets and housekeeping and towels, they kept “forgetting” and refused every day after bringing it to their attention. Hotel food and drinks are completely over priced and ridiculous for the quality.

I had a great stay! My room had a great view, clean and the bed was comfortable! Had great drinks at the bar from a wonderful bartender. I definitely will stay at another Four Points when the oportunity arises!
