Best Western Plus Bridgeport Inn

Was the only hotel not booked up within an hour of Morgantown because of WVU's campus events--and it exceeded our expectations. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Bob is the best!!

Location to restaurants and shopping.

Spoke to the front desk about tub filling up with water. They sent someone to fix it. Did not fix the issue and tub filling up was worse than before. Standing in water from washing your body, or other members of your family, is disgusting. With a small child and not being able to bathe them but have to take standing showers was also an issue as well. Secondly, entry door to room would not close all the way. Had to use the latch to keep it secure at night. Lastly, the coffee machine dispensed watered down coffee due to the milk mechanism being broke in the lobby. Restaurant associated with where you would eat breakfast could have compensated with serving hot coffee until the machine could be fixed. It made for a disappointing stay.
