Best Western Plus Bridgeport Inn

The hotel’s location was excellent—convenient and central. However, the property itself felt quite dated and in need of a refresh. My room had a strong bleach odor, which, while a sign of cleanliness, was a bit overwhelming. It’s clear the staff work hard to maintain the space, and their helpfulness and kindness truly stood out. With a renovation, this place could really shine.

Cleanliness, staff friendliness, seasonal decorations

It was nicer than I was expecting.

The outside door key pad didn’t work.

Pricing was good, breakfast needs some improvement, overall a 7 out of 10 is fair!

Extremely dated, dark, and we were greeted with a roach. We paid for a king suite. The receptionist said our reservation was for a double until we offered to go get our copy. He changed it to a king but not the king suite we paid for.

There was a foul odor resonating through the hall and room for a couple days, and my room had ants(which I have video of). I had to switch rooms.
