"It appeared clean but did not feel completely safe."

The front desk person was very nice.

The door did not completely close within the door frame. Was unsure how secure it was. The door also made an awful noise when you tried to close the door.

"Nice place to stay with great staff"

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Great coffee. Small gym but good machines, including a peloton bike. Great location with plenty of places to eat nearby.

Although rooms were comfortable, they were quite dark inside due to the colour of the decor.

Very strange layout; long, gloomy corridors with only one elevator. Different sections of hotel are not connected so have to figure out which door goes to which section. Seems to be a residential hotel. Loud shouting and banging at 2:00 am and loud knocking on next door room at 6:00am. The restaurant and lounge were closed, I guess because it was Labor Day weekend(strange) so there was a pitiful breakfast buffet. Eggs (don't think they were real), biscuits and gravy. No bacon, sausage, etc. Overall terrible hotel. I find with Great Western it's hit or miss.This is a miss; never going to stay again. Going back to Hampton Inn. I will say that the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beds were clean and comfortable.

Key cards would work once and not a second time. Appeared to be worn magnetic strip. Happened to me 5 times on Friday of our stay. Finally was given a card that looked intact and had no further problems.

The room was nice, the matress sunk in the middle a bit. They had a restaurant instead of the buffet style most have, the food was good and the portions were large.
