Best Western Plus Bridgeport Inn

It was convenient to the other family I was visiting.

The front desk staff wasn’t helpful at all. Our room was at the “D” entrance and they didn’t explain to us that was could drive down there instead of lugging our bags and walking all the way down there (it was the farthest entrance). He also gave no guidance on which direction to go so we walked around aimlessly for a minute as well. At check in we asked about breakfast and he told us the hours and location. In the morning, we were promptly sent out of breakfast because we didn’t have a voucher that we apparently needed to have, so we had to go back to the check in desk to get it. Coffee was an individual serve touch screen, so there was a line. A big carafe would have been better.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and polite. The breakfast was not a standard buffet; it was a real cooked-to-order meal.

The price of the room for 2 small beds NO closet area nothing was INSANE we were quickly checked in my a half responding fella that was just rushing us through and the room was sooooooo small.....SO SMALL FOR 2 queens...QUEEN????

The room smelled and felt wet

The hotel was very old. The room was damp. All the towels felt damp and the sheets felt damp. It also smelled of mildew
