Best Western Plus Bridgeport Inn

Staff was awesome, room was clean, all the amenities you could want, pool was clean, and thein house restaurant was really really good. Could be my best hotel experience ever

The front desk agent was so nice. She fixed the issue we had beautifully!

All-around great experience

Check-in was smoothe and friendly. Hotel is very outdated and needs a major renovation. Had to have our room keys fixed multiple times. Close to tons of restaurants and places to eat. Other than a few hiccups, the staff was friendly and hotel was quiet. Breakfast buffet was you typical breakfast!

Everything was fantastic!! We love the bar and grill!! Food was great!! Staff was exceptional!!

Nice breakfast clean rooms and hotel

The place was clean and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. Had no problems there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

We stayed her back in September while traveling to visit family in Pennsylvania and attend a class reunion in New Jersey. This time we were heading up to see friends who live in Western Pennsylvania and wanted to visit Cooper's Rock. We remembered our pleasant stay during our last visit, so we decided to return. The hotel is well appointed, with a custom-made hot breakfast served within their restaurant, a rare thing among hotels. The serving that we received was three scrambled eggs, two large sausage patties, and toast. Coffee and juice were served in the lobby. The amenities also included an outdoor pool and a nice fitness center, which we didn't use since we didn't really have time for them. Guests can do their laundry there if they need to. They do accept pets, if you have one. The hotel is ideally located near a variety of restaurants and opportunities for shopping that are close, but which would be safer to drive to. It's not exactly a pedestrian friendly location. We did safely walk to Big Lots a block from the hotel, which is at a plaza that also has a decent Mexican restaurant. The front desk people were very hospitable, and our room was comfortable and well maintained, as was the rest of the hotel. We would definitely stay again when we visit the area the next time we go north.

Terrible place. Dark and dingy. Corridors lined with muddy boots. This is a hotel for workers which is fine. But not for tourists. We actually ended up walking away and staying elsewhere. Was still charged for room though. We did check other rooms.
