The location is ideal; however, the room was outdated and furniture was beat up. The bedding was so bad with stains that I ended up going out and buying my own sheets to put over the mattress.

I understand hotels need to follow rules. But there is more in life than what is written in a paper. I scheduled a weekend to spend it with my family. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when booking and pick the wrong city. I called immediately after the booking. The booking was nonrefundable. I told them that I picked the wrong city. I asked for a transfer, never asked for refund. They denied it and I couldn't afford to pay it two times so I couldn't spend that time with my husband, son, and grandson. Missing that weekend was very sad for me. The room was booked 3 weeks in advance, and they didn't agree to a transfer to the correct city, plenty of time to get the rooms sold again. In this case two rooms were empty, while a grandma/grandson were sad for loosing the money and the trip :(

It was okay. Nothing amazing. No real quality that stood out. It wasn't dirty except when I pulled the couch out to a bed. It was filthy. You could tell they never cleaned it and they didnt have sheets or blankets for it. I tried calling the front desk, no one answered so at 11pm I walked down there and took it upon myself to get them. I also asked every day for someone to come clean my room. Just sweep, vacuum and take the trash out and no one ever did. Again I had to go down to house keeping and ask for towels because no one answered the phone. I guess you get what you pay for, but I’ve stayed at cheap places before with better customer service. Also i know this isnt on the hotel, but someone coming may want to know the walkway to the beach its not real far at all, maybe .16 miles or so, but omg its rough. Literally falling through in several places my kids hurt themselves more then once. Again it wasn't terrible but probably wont stay their again.

It was ok rooms were very out dated, The shower didn't work there was no stopper to stop tub, the phone didn't work in the room.

My bed had blood on it and in sheets the phone does not work in the room to call front desk. I requested for them to change the sheets but when I got back to my room, only one bed was changed not both. So when I went back down to the front Desk , she let me know that there is no one else on staff but her so she gave me another home in addition to that the first room smell like wet dog first second one was much better.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wrote management a week ago and still haven’t heard back. First room had someone’s hair on couch and bed, bathtub was black, second room the toilet was full of poop (I have the picture). Finally a third room was decent, I just gave up. In major need of people who care about their job and rooms need renovation. They are dark and falling apart.

We were looking for a pet friendly hotel. For the price, this hotel was fine. The toilet overflowed in our first room and with no maintenance on site, we were moved to the only available other room. It was on the 4th floor. The elevator button on 4 did not work so had to walk down to 3 to get the elevator. I left my watch charger plugged in and when I got home on Sunday night I called the hotel. I was told that the cleaning crew would not be in until Monday and to call back Monday afternoon. When I did call back, I was told it was not found.

Certainly not up to the usual Quality Inn standards. Dirty walls, carpet, doors. Whole place needs some TLC.

Worst Quality Inn ever! Check in person not friendly. Furniture in room was scratched, soiled and in need of replacement. Carpet worn clear through to pad in 2 places. It was so dirty it was sticky and turned the soles of our feet black. Couldn’t turn the shower on. Baseboards were very dirty and broken in places. Black plastic bags over light fixture at elevator. Broken hair dryer. No ice machine working on our floor. Large tear in the bedspread. On a positive note, the sheets were clean and bed comfortable. We have stayed at Quality Inns all over the country and have always been pleased, but this one is an embarrassment to the Quality Inn name.
