Ac worked The lock on the door and the door cards failed every day. Despite the staff telling me they’d get maintenance to fix it. It was never resolved. I will never ever ever go back to this hotel and would never recommend it .

This property is FILTHY. Couch in room was FILTHY. Carpet is FILTHY. This room is for sleeping only. The price is outrageous for what you get. But it’s close to the beach. Your shoes will actually stick to the carpet- the floor is so dirty. I stayed 4 days- room was not cleaned ever and trash was not taken out ever.

I stayed here about 7 years ago and the rooms were fine, but this time it was so run down, the bathroom was awful. It really needs some up keep as we paid $250 a night. Also when we checked in the person was so rude and did not even acknowledge we were there.

They are tearing this motel down because it is cheaper to build a new motel than remodel this one. The management said this is their last season. Also, walk-ins were offered about 100 dollar cheaper rates than what I was charged. I wanted to cancel the room because of its condition and they said they would still charge me the full amount that I had booked.

Needs total renovations. Switch to two different rooms because of conditions.

Liked that it was four minutes from the beach. Some of the staff was friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable. My wife was woken up the first night by the sound of water pouring through our bathroom ceiling. It was pouring in from six different spots and the floor was drenched. Kaitlyn was very efficient and moved us to another room immediately and informed the general manager. Moved to a room with two queen beds but we paid for a king. General manager gave the worst customer service we’ve ever seen. Very rude and belligerent to us and we witnessed the same to another customer. It’s spoiled our first night there as my wife couldn’t get to sleep until 3 o’clock in the morning. Some of our belongings got spoiled from the dirty water from the leak. Room smelled of urine. We were moved to a third room where we got a king size bed for the second night. Third room did not have a bathtub but that was OK. My wife fell from tripping over a piece of equipment that was sticking out from under the door of the storage room on the walkway in front of our room.

The staff was less than friendly and the person that checked us in gave me a room key for a room that was already occupied…which as you can imagine was extremely awkward. The property was okay at best.
