Bathroom was awful. Tub barely drained. Sink faucet was not Fastened down. Carpet was so dirty almost black. Everything looked old and run down.

Room was very clean

Can’t beat it for the price and it was quiet, room was clean, and it’s a short walk to the beach.

room was not ready upon arrival, check in was at 4 left and came back around 530 room was still not available, asked if i could cancel the room without charge due to the room was not available, i was told that would not be an issue. left and went and found a room else where and i was still charged for the room, spoke to a very very rude lady named Pamela on Tuesday reguarding the charge and she refused a refund and was just the most rudest person i have ever dealt with and all she could keep repeating to me was she knows the owner and i know he will not refund this, at one point she actually called me stupid for thinking they would refund my money, cant understand why i would be charged for something that is a mistake on there part, drove 600 miles for a huge disappointment, will never even consider this place again, be aware of this place.........

The property was the opposite from the pictures

Checked in, and then checked out 5 minutes later. This entire facility is so terrible that it should not be considered fit for occupancy by state heath and environmental agency in Florida. Also there was glitches in the power that the state fire marshal would likely consider closing the entire hotel down if they were aware. My family was not able to stay in this facility and had to immediately find another room at a nearby hotel that was inhabitable. I hope that there is a way to recover the money I spent on this room which was not fit for occupancy. Disgusting smell of mold, ceilings and walls peeling with rust pouring from bathroom fixtures and cracked tile throughout. This place needs to be demolished and I was told by the customer service agent in staff that there were plans for that in the works! Close this place now!

Overall pretty good hotel it is really old so some stuff may not work. But really liked being able to walk to the beach.

Dirty property and smelled horribly. I was charged for a night even though I didn't stay there because of it's lack of cleanliness and mold and mildew in the two rooms.

Bathroom had sand in the floor. Couch was dirty with plate left in the couch. The door didn’t close completely. Found roaches next morning. Staff was rude. Not good at all
