Everything was great!

Loved the walk to the beach!!

The beds were VERY comfortable and the pillows were awesome. Overall, it wasn't bad. But, the room definitely needed a serious deep clean. The floors were really gross, like our socks (cause we definitely weren't going barefoot in there) were brown on the bottom after walking around in there for a bit. The hard floors were grimy and had a slick build up on them. I'm the bathroom, under the sink especially, in the corners it was very dirty. Like, you could see that the mop hadn't gotten to that area for a LONG time. And the bathroom door could use some serious magic eraser action. Other than that, it smelled clean, the location was good, and it was remarkably quiet. The outside was pretty rough, but overall not the worst. I had very little interaction with the staff, but I don't have any complaints about that. The hotel, overall, just needs a big dose of TLC and a deep clean.

They had dead roaches

Reception not familiar with job description. Understaffed or on staff just lazy/difficult. First room was latched from inside keeping us from entering. Moved to room next door to find a tub full of water yet faucet had no leak, Toilet paper was half used already yet all other housekeeping had been done. Roaches found on both beds and large one dead right in entrance. Asked clerk for bleach or cleaning supplies for us to clean the tub. She was visibly annoyed with having to get some and stated she'd have to call maintenance for entry to supplies. Eventually got a bottle of some sort of cleaner. My elderly mother booked the room for us and my 2 small children through hotels.com where ratings and reviews were obviously total bull. All that said, bedding was stain free, made nicely, comfortable , and had plenty of comfy pillows. So ,happy customers? No. Better than sleeping in the cold? Yes

Not worth the money. Very old and needs a renovation badly. Bugs show up. Dirty in outside areas. Staff is pleasant.

They are severely understaffed. Our toilet would not flush, and they said we had to go buy a plunger and try to fix it ourselves. The next morning they did give us a plunger, but my husband still had to fix it. Ice only on the 4th floor. Terribly overpriced for the service. Breakfast was prepackaged muffins and such. Bed was comfortable. I have stayed in worse, but at the price they charge it should be top notch.

I did not stay at this hotel. Went to 2 different rooms, microwave smelled so bad thought I was going to vomit. Hair in toilet and bathroom floor. Couch looked bad.German roach crawling on wall. Hotel would not give me my money back for Friday night, but did not stay there.
