Dog chico is very friendly and doesn't bite... Female owner of property is very unfriendly, confrontational and does bite. Overwhelming cleaning smell when entering the room but were told we couldn't open the door for fresh air. Was told my friends 78 year old mother couldn't come over to drink coffee with us.

Comfortable clean room close to restaurants and shops in Evergreen and near many nature trails. Easy driving access to Red Rocks. We enjoyed making our coffee in our room and the patio outside.

Had a wonderful stay here. Wedding was at barn @evergreen memorial park which is @ 10 minutes away. Owner was very accommodating to allow us to check in early so we could dress for 4pm wedding. Property is very peaceful. We didn’t use hot tub but we did relax around fire pit one night. Would stay again for a few nights of mountain getaway.
