Historic Hotel Broadalbin

We enjoyed our stay at Broadalbin Hotel! It was very clean, warm, and peaceful. The staff were very accommodating, and I know that we will definitely stay there again when we’re in the Broadalbin area.

I loved everything about the property. Aside from feeling very unsafe as a woman traveling alone having to use the back parking lot w very little lighting.

It was very beautiful.

The manager needs to change to push button lock code to the hotel rooms. The 2 numbers used are so worn out that anyone could figure out the entry code. Plus in guest room 1 the chair sinks to the floor!! so is not usable

This is an old historic hotel with all of the charm of yesteryear. I stayed in the king room. The bed was extremely comfy and the bath was new and very clean. The bed is a bit elevated because of the huge new mattress. There is no elevator for those that need that. Adorable little lounge spaces are available for reading, sipping a cup of coffee. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant, but heard from a friend that the food was very good.

One of the nicest places I've stayed at, great old time feel. Will absolutely be staying again!

The hotel is really well nice. It is older, but very well restored. Our stay was over Halloween night, and was very central to trick-or-treat. If you like Halloween and you are travelling, it is well worth the stay.

Older, historic properties can be a questionable experience but not here. This time capsule is meticulously maintained with important quality-upgrades. I generally prefer modern but staying here was a treat. The place reminds me of lovingly maintained older European hotels.

liked the ambiance of this historic hotel Only dislike was the stair climbing, with suitcases, at the rear entrance to the second story rooms.

The hotel rooms appear to be recently updated and were very clean and comfortable. There is no staff on site on a Sunday night, which was a little surprising, but not a problem. We were there with a larger group, using four rooms and all were very nice.
