Facilities are modest, but sufficient for a short (overnight) stay. Room and bathroom provide sufficient space and are clean. Easy access to parking area, which is not free of charge. Hotel is located in a busy area, which is not very uncommon for a place near to the city center. Hotel is located close to interstate and highway and therefore provides easy access. Breakfast (as almost all 3 star hotels in the US) does not give you a lot of healthy options, but was sufficient.

They charge you with a USD 50 deposit/reservation on your credit card, which is not referred to during check in. It takes two business days to reverse the deposit. Staff at the reception can be a bit more friendly and accessible. They charge you USD 10 to park your car.

The location was convenient and had a few good restaurants nearby, plenty of options to use on DoorDash.

We found a pube in our towels, we had exactly two towels and nothing extra, the shower curtain was installed wrong which led to a ton of water getting on the floor when we showered, the room was super hot, despite having the AC on max, and they also told us they had no fans at the desk and they also had no mouthwash available at the desk. There was some nasty food looking particles lodged in the sink drain. There was also a dirty rag left on the floor by the fridge. The beds were pretty hard and not very comfortable. There were also homeless people in the parking lot trying to talk to us for money in the evening.

The room was wore out and meeds updating to a more pleasant ambiance
