"Loud HVAC unit can't turn off."

it was close to where I needed to go.

The large HVAC unit in the room would not turn off. I turned it off on the Thermostat but the Fan kept running all night and I could not sleep due to the loud noise. There was no access to the plug of the unit to unplug it. Also the fan in the bathroom is constantly on with no way to turn it off. As well as a night light you can't turn off either. These should all be options for a guest to turn on\off. Also when I arrived I had to provide a credit card which a $50 hod was put on which I was not informed of prior to arriving. That is information that should be provided. Had to pay for parking. Thought the booking indicated parking was free.
