Villa Maiara

The view and space outside was amazing.

The bathroom was not cleaned. The sink was filthy and layers of dust across the benches and storage inlets. The same goes for the bedroom, the top of the bed was thick with dust and the sofa table had coffee spilled all over it which caused a massive of ants. The most disappointed aspect were the items requiring repair: - bathroom doors did not lose properly which let in heat to the bedroom and wasn't nice if one of us needed to go do a number 2. - the sliding door in the Jacuzzi area that was supposed to open up to the pool was completely broken. We placed a maintenance request that was ignored. - additionally, unsure what was provided in the shower area but it appeared to be bright green kitchen dish soap (no shower soap, shampoo or conditioner). Overall, view was ama,ing, but the villa itself was a huge let down for our last night of vacation, especially when we had had such great experiences at other locations.

Amazing pool and nice ocean views from the property. Staff was friendly.

Linen in bed was dirty, with stains. Pillow cases yellow. Bath towels are old and smelly. Moldy water bottle and mold in shower. No water pressure. No hand soap. Could have been better maintained.

Location

Location is breathtaking, and the place is really rundown big time. Furniture is staiend, pillow are all yellow colour, Jacuzzis is so dirty and the drain in broken. Bathtub handel is broken. The toilet seat is disgusting. The sink water mixer is hanging. I will never go back despite the amazing view

the place looked derelict. there was no staff, it was the only villa on a piitch black road in the middle of nowhere, no security, no live in staff. There were random locals living in the bush opposite and felt very unsafe no clean towels and cups. the pool wasn't usable as full of mould

View was amazing, pool is beautiful, stuff is very nice, helpful and responsive, but that’s was it.

Very remote location from everything, not feeling safe, bed sheets and pillows were unclean, very old bathroom with very low water pressure. Property needs major refurbishment.

Breathtaking view. Private and safe location. Friendly, attentive and accommodating staff.

Aging infrastructure but the manager said there's an upcoming renovation.
