Very charming and the staff is great!

I could tell they had recently Updated carpet - paint - bedspreads . Hotel and hot tub was clean - inside park and close to hot springs and hiking and river. Nice grounds - could walk on sidewalk into park and all along river.

The breakfast is not good - skip that and go to Big Bear cafe for yummy breakfast !

Breakfast was good: eggs, sausages, freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee ..

Kein hui, fast nur pfui. Hotel altmodisch, dunkel, unsauber. Flurböden dreckig. Haare im Zimmer vom vorherigenGast.Zimmerenrichtung billig. TV defekt. Pool dreckig. Frühstück dürftig.

Very friendly and personal. Unique experience. Very good value and cool location.

A little outdated, not a big deal for us.

The whole place was run down and very out dated. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush, we had to manually flush it from the back. All the faucets leaked, sink and bathtub. The room smelt terrible. There was a little 12 year old micromanaging your every move. He informed us when we had an hour left in the pool, half hour left in the pool and as we were leaving he let us know there was 15 min left in the pool. Only for others to be in after closing time.

Staff is great. Good location

I think our room was overlooked. We had several issues that seemed like they just didnt finish room properly. No place to put clothes. Chair not safe to sit in. My husband fixed the toilet. Door needed to be adjusted to shut from outside. We traveled with a friend. She had room next door and her room was really nice. They did offer to move us but we were already settled and tired from travel. Also just staying the one night. We made everything work.
