Talardy, St Asaph by Marston’s Inns

Great location for North Wales coast, restaurant great for breakfast and dinner, lovely air conditioned room.

Nothing major, external doors outside room were quite loud.

Good location, reasonable price.

Overall I was happy with the stay but there were a few minor things to feedback on 1. Room was not made up during our two night stay 2. We were only given 2 towels for our room but we had 4 people. Reception did sort us out with more when asked 3. Disappointing to see only instant coffee that you have to make yourself for breakfast. 4. Breakfast flooring by service area sticky, needs a good clean. 5. Shower in room (111) does not hold a constant temperature. 6. No shower gel provided.

Excellent breakfast and rooms are good

Had problem with tv remote and no bottles water as mentioned in facilities. But it’s not a big deal.

Location for what we needed

Breakfast grim, bathroom with step over shower, bed not comfy

We were accommodated in a separate building which meant on a wet and windy day, coats and umbrellas were needed to go to dinner and breakfast. The bathroom needed refurbishment. Cracked sink and poor shower. The towels smelt strongly of bleach and were old and thin. Breakfast juice was awful. Thin and watery as if made from powder and water added. Food ok.
