"Great hotel and wonderful amenities, but value is incredibly limited by absurdly expensive parking."

Great pool area and rooms were incredibly nice for the money.

Parking fees. $65.00 per day is expensive and takes away much of the advantage of staying in downtown Chicago. It would have cost us less to stay in the suburbs and drive in to Chicago daily than what we spent on parking.

"I flew my daughter in from Texas to surprise my granddaughter for her 21st birthday."

The location was great for our visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn't like was that I paid for parking the day of arrival and though I had paid through 4:00 pm the next day, however I was charged for a partial day.
